Marijke Timmers is a purpose-led founder, podcast host, and business mentor with deep ties to charity work and a growing impact-focused brand. In 2025, her business entered a scale phase, one that demanded more structure, support, and systems behind the scenes.
The Challenge
Marijke didn’t need a basic VA. She needed a highly capable support partner who could operate across marketing, tech, and EA functions while keeping up with her fast-moving energy, limited weekly availability, and evolving priorities.
Our role had to flex around:

Supporting podcast production from raw files to final assets

Organising a very full, often messy digital ecosystem of tools, files, and folders

- Creating and managing automated email marketing funnels that integrated directly with her site both through product purchase, and through sign up forms
The Solution
Project Seven embedded a Marketing Coordinator/EA hybrid role to partner directly with Marijke. We became the throughline across her podcast, marketing channels, tech stack, and day-to-day operations.
Podcast Support

Creative Marketing Support
- Video editing for online mentorship courses, including creating intro and outro animations
- Creation of assets for use on the website and in email marketing flows
Executive Support

Managing and executing complex EA tasks via Airtable and Monday.com
- Stakeholder communication not only with Marijke, but with her business partners and also her customers directly

Troubleshooting tech issues across web platforms, payments, and members areas
- Calendar management including with external contacts

Supporting a multi-layered product launch and platform integration

Proactively flagging issues, creating fixes, and keeping systems running
- Creating and maintaining automations between website purchases, customer subscriptions, and her accounting system to ensure that transactions were handled appropriately
