Marijke Timmers is a purpose-led founder, podcast host, and business mentor with deep ties to charity work and a growing impact-focused brand. In 2025, her business entered a scale phase, one that demanded more structure, support, and systems behind the scenes.

The Challenge

Marijke didn’t need a basic VA. She needed a highly capable support partner who could operate across marketing, tech, and EA functions while keeping up with her fast-moving energy, limited weekly availability, and evolving priorities.

Our role had to flex around:

The Solution

Project Seven embedded a Marketing Coordinator/EA hybrid role to partner directly with Marijke. We became the throughline across her podcast, marketing channels, tech stack, and day-to-day operations.

Podcast Support

  • Editing multi-file recordings in Podcastle and Canva

  • Managing episode assets across Buzzsprout, Google Drive, and Canva

  • Creating reels, soundbites, subtitles, and final social content

  • Liaising with Marijke and co-host Monica for approvals and feedback

  • Liaising directly with external guests to ensure they were set up and ready in advance of recording schedules
  • Creating internal workflows and file structure improvements

Social Media Content

  • Repurposing podcast episodes into platform-specific reels and posts

  • Managing asset flow across folders, Canva, and Publr

  • Updating visual branding, creating templates, and keeping consistency

  • Scheduling and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Creative Marketing Support

  • Video editing for online mentorship courses, including creating intro and outro animations
  • Creation of assets for use on the website and in email marketing flows

Executive Support

  • Managing and executing complex EA tasks via Airtable and Monday.com

  • Stakeholder communication not only with Marijke, but with her business partners and also her customers directly
  • Troubleshooting tech issues across web platforms, payments, and members areas

  • Calendar management including with external contacts
  • Supporting a multi-layered product launch and platform integration

  • Proactively flagging issues, creating fixes, and keeping systems running

  • Creating and maintaining automations between website purchases, customer subscriptions, and her accounting system to ensure that transactions were handled appropriately

The Results

Since partnering with Project Seven, Marijke has been able to confidently hand off major areas of her business such as podcast production, systems admin, and operational marketing without needing to micromanage or re-explain.
