A solo health practice where clinical work comes first. We ran the day-to-day practice administration and added automations inside her client management system so less of it needed running at all.
Good Beginnings Wellness is the practice of Emily Hall, a wellness and health practitioner based in Auckland. Emily works with clients whose nervous systems are stuck in fight or flight, helping them find a way back to calm, sustainable function through a holistic, practitioner-led approach. Running a health practice means the clinical work has to come first, which left precious little time for the admin.
The Challenge
Emily needed reliable operational support so she could focus on her clients without the operational side of the practice running behind. Day-to-day communications, scheduling, document management, and the general administrative load of running a solo health practice. None of it is hard individually, but together it eats the day.
