They bridge the gap between education research and classroom reality — translating what the evidence says into tools that educators can actually use. With a growing operation, multiple revenue streams, and a team, their financial administration needed proper management.
The Challenge
The Education Hub had outgrown what internal capacity could manage. Payment inboxes were generating daily transactions across multiple processors, a regular payroll cycle needed to land accurately every fortnight, 6-monthly GST returns were on the horizon, and an accounts email inbox needed active attention.
